It's been a busy week. I got my second job, now I'm a night AND a day bartender. Looks like my dreams are coming truenot. No, it's not that bad. Again, this is a whole topic that I've been working on, but I can't seem to pull the thought together. It's a subject that goes around in circles. That's not easy to get down on paper. Whatever, point is, I'm working two jobs now, so no one can I say I'm not trying.

I keep forgetting I'm lactose intolerant. See, I never was. My sisters and my mom couldn't handle dairy very well, but it never was a problem for me. Then out of no where, I find my stomach rumbling (among other parts of my body) after certain meals. I finally put it together after an enormous vanilla soft serve on the way to a vacation home. Explosion. I love dairy, so this is a problem. I just had two huge glasses of milk, because I like drinking milk - and I feel like I'm going to lose my lower half. Well, I'm not going to stop having dairy. Not going to stop having ice cream...certain moments call for ice cream, especially after an evening of romance under an erupting volcano. Ice cream is just necessary at a time like that, even when it's cold out. Fuck the bubbling sensation, it passes.

So, I'm sort of starting this new life that may last about a year. When I start a new life, my safety zone needs to be renewed and refreshed. If my life has to change, my home has to change. So, I put up a shelf, got some new pillows, put in new candles, cleaned behind my bedside table (which is a bigger challenge than you think), put up some Christmas lights and reorganized my outlits with new extension chords. Sounds silly, but you'd see the difference if you were here. It's nice. I just need a rug.

I saw Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. I liked it. I was scared as shit during the spider scene. Don't mean to give anything away, but if you haven't read the book and were planning on seeing the movie, then I don't care about you. You should have read it. I saw some movie critique show on today and they talked about this movie. The woman reviewer was saying that there was a lot of extraneous shit that was not important in the movie. She said that you could have taken Gilderoy Lockhart right out, that he wasn't necessary. Well, in my theory is if it's in the book, I want it in the movie. I mean, the obviously had to cut out so many details that make you really understand what it's like at Hogwarts to get the plot in there. I would prefer the movie be 5 hours and have everything in it. That's me. This woman also though that some stuff was too scary. I don't know, kids are reading it. Granted it's different when it's visually presented to you, but come on, it's like they didn't know it was coming. Kids can handle more than you think. Take that spider scene out, the kids will be pissed, they were looking forward to that part. The lady gave it a "not" opposed to "hot." So, I officially do not trust her opinion.

I'm getting a little panicky about this upcoming week. I start this new job, and there are a few things I don't know how to do. Ugh, I don't want to talk about it. I'm going to go back to working on that Thought.
