Last night went really well. I didn't make as much money as I thought I would. I made a good amount, but I think it'll be some time before I make a real living. I guess I'm just developing this skill, a life back-up skill, a portable skill until I figure out some things. Turns out, I'm not so bad. I know how to make the drinks, I can make them quickly, and I can work the computer without a problem. I know it's just bartending. It's not law, not medicine, not banking, but it feels good to be able to do something and do something it well even if it's not the most sophisticated job to have.

I wanted to write more yesterday. I wanted to discuss the idea of switching from Sprint to AT&T wireless. They have this new promotion - unlimited minutes, no roaming or long distance. Unlimited minutes is a ridiculous deal. I mean, NO MINUTES. You can be on the phone all day. However, I went to AT&T this morning to discuss this "flawless" deal they have, and it turns out to not be so great. Limited areas of usage, limited offer, not crazy about the phones. The sales chick was not exactlly forthcoming. I really don't know how she got hired. I kind of wanted her to convince me...
